Criminal Psychologist Anuja Kapur delivers session in L&T, Power in Vadodra

Larsen & Toubro Power invited famous criminal psychologist Mrs. Anuja Kapur for a special guest lecture for their female employees. L&T power decided to organise a Guest lecture for their female employees so that they can be aware about the struggles of the life and know about the real problems of the life. L&T management decided to organise a lecture on the same and therefore invited Mrs.Anuja Kapur to their special guest lecture so that Mrs. Kapur addressed female employees by motivating them with her life journey, ups and downs and her positive approach which never lets her break down and feel accomplished.

The management of the L&T Power Vadodra conducted the session and 32 female employees participated in the session.

Addressing to the L&T employees Mrs. Kapur shared her experience with the women out there, on the occasion she said, “Everyone has to go through lots of difficulties and problems in their respective lives but how we deal with the problems makes us the person who we are today. She feels that women have to be empowered because if a woman get empowers she empowers her whole family. She also shared about few major setbacks of her life like being married at young age, problems with the family but she firmly believes that different personalities of human beings which make them what they are. This helps to identify their tendencies. She also gave some tips to female employees as to how they can educate their kids about good and bad touch and how they can aware them about each single things to nurture their children”.

This session was conducted to be adopted a focused approach to enhance Gender Diversity. As an endeavour towards it they have initiated Talk-Sessions for their lady employees. On regular basis, they invite some renowned and accomplished women from varied sectors to come and deliver some inspiring talk.
