Ferozepur, October 30, 2012: The Ferozepur Cantt police station has booked Captain and his accomplice for virtually duping of Rs.10 lakh.
Giving this information, ASI Joginder Singh said, the complainant Mohit Arora, a resident Basti Tankan Wali in a written complaint to SSP Ferozepur, has alleged that Captain Kuldip Bali, owner of Horizon Merchant Navy Counselling Center had promised to get him cleared the COC papers from UK after getting him training for three months from Thailand but the certificate from Thailand which were given to him were fictitious.
He further alleged, Captain Kuldip Bali and his associate Amit Chopra resident of Delhi had virtually cheated him by taking Rs.10 lakhs.
The police have registered a case against Captain Kuldip Bali and Amit Chopra.
However, they could not be contacted to know their version in this case.
