Ferozepur, November 6, 2012: The Mamdot police have registered a case of duping of Rs.15 lakh by preparing the fictitious ‘power of attorney’ by nominating two persons in connivance with four accomplices.
Giving this information, ASI Balwinder Singh informed that in the written complaint to SSP, Ferozepur, Makhan Singh son of Darshan Singh resident of Gulab Singh Wali have alleged that Ajit Singh, Itbar Singh, Karnail Singh of village Rao Ke Hittar alongwith four persons managed a fictitious ‘power of attorney’ and duped Rs.15 lakh from him.
He further stated that a case has been registered against all the six persons on the charge of cheating Makhan Singh.
