Convocation for Academic Year 2012-13 held at SCD Government College

Ludhiana, November 1, 2014: Convocation for the Academic Year 2012-13, was held on Saturday, in the Sahir Auditorium SCD Government College, Ludhiana, at which Dr Dharam Singh conferred the degrees to 656 students. PG Degrees 421, UG Degrees 235. In the annual report , college principal Dr Dharam Singh highlighted the achievements in the field of academics, sports and cultural activities. Applauding the alumni he remembered general Raina, Sahir Ludhianvi, Dr. MS Gill, David Dhawan, and others. In academics he highlighted the Research Activities of Hindi Dept which is Research Center of PU, Chandigarh.

Chief Guest   Sharanjeet Singh Dhillon, Cabinet Minister Punjab, delivered the convocation address and distribute the prizes to meritorious students.

Manoj Singal ,Chairman and managing director M and M Auto Ltd, Guganv and M and M group of Institutes , Sangroor was the Guest of Honour.
