Complaint about delay in credit of outgoing clearing of cheques vide Mata Rani RCC Ludhiana
Ludhiana, December 12, 2014: Mohinder Aggarwal, Partner, Nav Bharat Radio & Electric Co., Mata Rani Road, Ludhiana on December 11 filed a complaint before Chief Customer Service Officer of Punjab National Bank stating that they are having account at Mata Rani Road Branch since so many years. He added they deposited three cheques on December 9 for outgoing clearing. As per norms these should have been credited in their account on December 10 late evening, but till time (December 11, 11.58 AM) these have not been credited. 
Aggarwal further stated that this type of practice is going on since so many months inspite of so many complaints lodged by them with the Circle Office Ludhiana and Customer Care Center.
Further, he said now they feel that Bank is just befooling them by transferring the accountability to each other as no concrete action has been taken till date in this matter. They pointed out that this kind of practice is against the service motto of the bank “This is the bank you can”. 
On the same day (December 11), Aggarwal got a reply on his email from 
On Dec 11 R C Khurana, Chief Customer Service Officer, Punjab National Bank, New Delhi with the remarks “We have received the complaint and the matter has been taken up with all concerned for resolution/response at the earliest.
