COMMITTED FOR DEVELOPMENT OF WARD NO 93: MLA RAKESH PANDEY
Ludhiana, November 15, 2018: The construction of 22-feet road in ward number 93 of city started today in the presence of MLA Mr Rakesh Pandey, Ludhiana North Youth Congress president Mr Saabi Toor, Councillor ward number 93 Mrs Lovleen Toor, Councillor Mr Rocky Bhatia, besides others.
Councillor Lovleen Toor informed that for the last several years, the 22-feet road in Ward No. 93 had 8 inch sewerage, which has now been increased to 24 inch. She said that after the completion of sewerage work, now a road is being constructed with a cost of Rs 70 lakh.
On this occasion, area residents thanked MLA Mr Rakesh Pandey. While speaking on the occasion Mr Pandey said that the state government is committed for carrying development works in the entire state and there is no shortage of funds for this purpose. He said that sometimes, the work gets delayed due to some technical reasons or due to weather conditions, but the development works would never be left midway.
Prominent among those present on the occasion included Congress leader Imran Khan, Mr Amit Beri, Mr Niranjan Toor, besides several others.
