CMC & Hospital organized a workshop on theme “Motivation in Nursing Services”

Ludhana, July 25, 2018: M.Sc (N) 2nd year of college of nursing, CMC & Hospital has organized a workshop on theme “Motivation in Nursing Services”. The programme was started with invocation song & word of prayer by fellowship department. Lamp Lighting was done by the chief guest, Prof.Ms Tina Francis along with Dr.Usha Singh and Principal Dr.(Mrs.) Reena Jairus. Unfolding of theme and introduction of the chief guest was done by subject co-ordinator Dr.Usha Singh. Chief Guest Prof. Ms Tina Francis has thrown light on theme and shared her experiences from her professional life about motivating staff nurses. Scientific session was done by students of M.Sc (N) 2nd year in which they discussed about the theme Motivation in Nursing Services. A group activity was arranged in which participants were asked to write down different strategies of motivating staff nurses during financial budget cut offs of hospital. Certificates were distributed to the participants. Workshop was closed following valedictory session.
