Clarification

With reference to a news-item titled “DSCMC ELECTIONS: Youngest, Independent and Most Educated Candidate Channdeep Singh in fray”, appeared in these columns on January 15, 2013, we hereby clarify that the news was published on the basis of a statement released to City Air News by Jagminder Singh being Spokesperson of Channdeep Singh, who is contesting DSCMC elections from Ward no. 20, Sahibpura. It was mere a passing reference that Jagminder Singh is also Administrator of Sikhi Sidak.
