City Architect Participates In International Panel Discussion

Ludhiana, December 21, 2016: Ludhiana's leading architect Sanjay Goel, who is also Director in Ludhiana Smart City Limited and Chairman of IIA-Chandigarh Punjab Chapter, participated in International Panel Discussion on architecture and Smart Cities in New Delhi.

Ar. Sanjay Goel explained in his panel discussion how Smart City Mission can play important role not only in creating Smart Cities but smart individual buildings too including residential, commercial, industrial and institutional. He also informed that it will take minimum five years for proposed older smart cities to get smart tag. The panel discussion took place during international building materials exhibition Acetech in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

The exhibition began with the breath taking inauguration that took place in the presence of various eminent leaders. Ar. Sanjay Goel was the part of grand inauguration of "International Pavilion" along with other eminent leaders including Mr. Kevin Cui – Regional Director, CCPIT Hebei, Ar. Chang-Hyun Kim, Ar. Vivek Gupta and Dr.Sujit Kumar.

The inauguration was followed by a fruitful panel discussion, which covered the scope of architectural and construction world. The session also nurtured an environment in which leaders shared their vision and collaborated on initiatives for a better tomorrow. The knowledge and experience of national and international forerunners were shared on the same dais.

The panel discussion was attended by many leading architects including Puneet Sethi, Shammit Manchanda, Yogesh Singla, Pritpal Singh, Rajan Tangri, Balbir Bagga, Niranjan Kumar, Bimaldeep Singh, Ankur Bhandari, Simarpreet Kaur, Pooja Vermani, Nikhil Jindal, Khushboo Bansal and Rupleen Bhandari.
