CICU TOP CEOs MEET WITH THE GROWTH VISION 2025

Ludhiana, February 16, 2019: CICU conducted a special meet comprising City’s Top 50 CEOs with a vision of 2025 at Hotel Park Plaza, Ludhiana. Before starting the event CICU strongly criticize the Pulwama Attack, and hold a Two-minute silent prayer for the Martyrs. Shri Upkar Singh Ahuja, President-CICU, inaugurated the session with a welcome speech. They also shared their practical experience of business startup, how did they began business in 1985 and their sweet & sour business journey. Priority should be Marketing & Innovation, strengthening professionals in Industry, Modernization and adopting New Technologies, engaging more women professional, get rid of thinking barrier, Cost Control in manufacturing, Safety, Standardization of Process, Learn and Unlearn of improvement, Independent Boards for Corporate for better results, Resource Conversation, Check Brain Drain, IT Challenge, BS-IV to BS-VI graduation in automation. However noted that salary class buying power has increased and it will lead good market demand in new future. Also noted that china model can be a good learning for industry. Sh.
