Ludhiana, January 30, 2019: A Training Program on “Operational Excellence Through Strong Management Information System (M.I.S.)” was organized by Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings at CICU Commercial Complex, Ludhiana. Sh.Upkar Singh Ahuja, President CICU in his welcome address said that in the fast changing technologies, economic, social and political times, the decision making is becoming more and more difficult. MIS is an effective tool to provide relevant information to various levels of Management to discharge their functions in organizing, planning, controlling and decision making in most effective way w.r.t. performance of men, materials, machinery, money and management resources (5M) as per standard and budgeted performance, its variances for taking corrective / remedial actions and visualization to achieve the desired results for sustainable business growth of the organization. The interactive & thought provoking program was conducted by Mr. Alok Sahu CEO - Tetrahedron Manufacturing Services Pvt. Ltd. leading consultant and advisor for manufacturing companies. He is having more than 15 years of experience in Operation Excellence, Design & Development, Lean Manufacturing, Data Analytics (SPSS, MS Excel, MS Access, Minitab), Forecasting Techniques, ERP Implementation, Software Development, Export/Import, Inventory Management, Production and Planning, Coordination and Client Servicing. He is an expert in development of Business Management activities and ensures high-end MIS and Dashboard Development for Senior Management for quick and efficient decision making. He is also a visiting faculty to various companies and universities for Coaching, Mentoring and Guiding cross functional team to build operational excellence systems.
