CICU delegation meets MC Ludhiana Commissioner

Discuss issues related to garbage, roads and sewerage in Focal Point Area
Ludhiana, September 27, 2018: Upkar Singh Ahuja, President and Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary led a delegation comprising Rajnish Ahuja, Honey Sethi, Rahul Ahuja, Didarjit Singh, O.P Bassi, Mirdula Jain, Gaurav Sehgal and Kanish Kaura met Kanwalpreet Kaur Brar, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana regarding pathetic condition of Focal Point Area.
CICU delegation discussed about the garbage being dumped on the main roads especially from Jiwan Nagar Chowk to Rockman Industry. They also discussed poor condition of sewerage, bad condition of main roads of Focal Point. It gives bad impression of city to domestic and foreign buyer, who visit the concerned factories in Focal Point Area.
It was decided that CICU and MCL will jointly establish garbage dump with compactor near Jiwan Nagar Chowk to make it more effective and beautiful.
Kanwalpreet Kaur Brar, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana assured that she will try her level best to improve the condition of Focal Point.
