Ludhiana, June 27, 2019: CICU in Association with District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises Organized Job Fair/Rojgar Mela.
The job fair was inaugurated by Neeru Katyal Gupta, ADC, Jagron-cum-CEO District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises and Swati Tiwana, SDM, Payal, Nodel officer, Job Mela and Job Fairs.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU & Sh. Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU welcomed the Companies for their participation in the Job fair to recruit the candidates.
Pardeep Kumar Aggarwal, IAS, Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana Also visited the Job Fair and appreciated the efforts done by CICU and DBEE. He also distributed the offer letter to the candidates, selected by the companies
Rajan Sharma, EGTO, Navdeep Singh, Deputy CEO and their entire Team from District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises made efforts for arranging the candidates from the State of Punjab.
S.B Singh, Joint Secretary and Rajnish Bansal, Legal Secretary, CICU made their efforts for Job fair.
More than 58 companies from the State of Punjab deputed their senior officials for conducting the interviews for recruitment of youths in different trades. More than 2872 candidates from various cities and villages visited the venue of Fair seeking placements. He further narrated that 1449 Candidates comprising like Welders, Filters, Turners, Machinists, CMC/VMC Operators, Electrician, MMV Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Computer Operators, Assistant Accountant using Tally, Documentation Assistant & Consignment Tracking Executive, Sales Officers etc.
In this Job fair, companies fulfilled their requirements of candidates.
