Chandigarh, November 18, 2018: Mobility Programme for the visiting students of Western Sydney University(WSU) Australia under New Colombo Plan to Panjab University, Chandigarh on the theme of “Promoting Gender Justice through Engagement, Education, and Empowerment” here at the Centre for Human Rights & Duties, Panjab University, for the students of Western Sydney University, is taking an interesting turn with every passing day, The students moved on to their 5th day of the 21 day programme at Bassi Pathana.
Today the students worked with the hockey and golf players after understanding the social restraints faced by them. The students from Australia had a great day in the Bassi Pathana. They interacted with the interns of the trust and they played hockey too.
The students were guided by the trustees of Bassi Pathana in order to carry out their research.
