Hyderabad emerges as the key region for growth; sees100% increase in project portfolio; followed closely by Mumbai, Bangalore & NCR - New Delhi, December 12, 2018: CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd. world’s largest real estate consulting firm today announced the details of its project management growth story; witnessing a 20% growth in portfolio across India. CBRE’s focused investments into people, platform enhancements, coupled with a sustained strategy of building advantage for every client were the key drivers that lead to the company’s year-on-year growth. With over 400 projects spanning across more than 85 cities, the growth was predominantly propelled by the BFSI and the IT/ ITES sector. The strong growth for CBRE’s project management team was propelled by sectors such as BFSI & IT/ ITeS given their demand for collaborative spaces though workplace design and technology. The details were shared on the sidelines of 9th CBRE – CII Conference on Infrastructure Project Management. This year’s platform gave a futuristic perspective on how a combination of technology, partnerships and cost consultancy can build the infrastructure capability of the country. Centered on the theme, ‘Opportunities 2025: Are we ready?’, the conference elucidated best practices that will enable the project management fraternity to deliver the infrastructural goals by 2025 and ensure a sustainable growth trajectory in future. The conference also witnessed deliberations on topics including Internet of Things & Artificial Intelligence, public partnerships and cost management.
