BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee celebrates Teej Festival

Ludhiana, August 16, 2013: BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee celebrated Teej Festival in BSNL Retiring Room, Bharat Nagar, Ludhiana in the evening.

Vanita Bhanot wife of C. S. Bhanot, Senior GMT, Ludhiana was the Chief Guest. She was honoured by the leaders and members of the Coordination Committee.

Speaking on the occasion, Bhanot appreciated the efforts of BSNL Coordination Committee. She told that the women employees of BSNL are playing active role in the society. She said, earlier they organised an all India level seminar which was a grand success.

A programme was also organised on the eve, in which women employees of BSNL presented Punjabi folk songs relating to the seasonal festival. The giddha team of Coordination Committee presented a well organised gidha.

Among others, Pankaj Gupta, Paramjit Kaur, Ranjit Kaur, Manjit Kaur, Neelam Sharma, Satpinder Kaur, Charanjit Kaur, Kanchan Bala, Suman Prabha, Harpal Kaur, Balwinder Kaur, Sheela Kumari, Deepika Sharma, Neelam Kumari, Anita Dhanda, Harjeet Kaur, Ramanjeet Kaur and Manju Bala were present.
