Chandigarh, June 13, 2017: The British School & Ekklesia C.Fellowship - Trust organized a Blood Donation Camp at The School’s, Sector 44-B Campus. The Indian Red Cross Society along with PGIMER assisted in this noble cause of saving lives. Donor Certificates were provided by PGI to all Donors. Refreshments were also served. 47 units of blood were collected.
“We at our school keep organising socially meaningful activities. This event was part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiative as there is a major shortfall of blood in the region & country.” Said Mona Shri Sethi, Principal.
It is noteworthy that the Camp was a joint initiative of Ekklesia Fellowship – Trust and the British School.
