BJP National Executive to meet in Delhi on Sept 8 & 9: Tarun Chugh

Chandigarh, August 27, 2018: The BJP National Executive meeting which was postponed due to the demise of veteran party leader and former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee would now be held on September 8 & 9 at New Delhi. This was informed by BJP national secretary Tarun Chugh. Chugh said BJP national president Sh. Amit Shah has approved the meeting to be held on above dates at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, 15, Janpath, New Delhi. The national secretary said, Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi would also be attending the Executive Meeting and a special resolution condoling the death of Sh. Vajpayee would be passed during this meet. Chugh said, “Issues related to organization, current political scenario and party’s preparedness for the forthcoming assembly elections would be discussed.” The meeting would be attended by all national office-bearers, state presidents, state in-charges, co-incharges, State Organizing Secretaries besides all permanent and special invitees, he informed.
