Swami Vivekananda being remembered by the students of Blue Bird High School, Panchkula.
Panchkula, January 12, 2016: Swami Vivekananda was fondly remembered by the students of Blue Bird High School, Panchkula on his birth anniversary which falls on 12th January & is also celebrated as National Youth Day. A brief programme was organised to enlighten the young minds.
Mr.R.J.Khanderao the Regional Officer and Joint Secretary, CBSE, Panchkula was the chief guest of the function. A documentary presentation was shown to around 900 students of senior classes .Speeches and his valuable teachings touched and inspired the mind and soul of the students. A Bengali group song titled work together and achieve success was presented. The chief guest was highly impressed with the efforts of the school, staff and the students to hold such functions and inspired the students to follow his high ideals. The programme concluded with the singing of national anthem.
