Bharat Vikas Parishad Tagore Branch organises Free Artificial Limbs Distribution Camp in Viklang Sahayta Kender

Ludhiana, July 24, 2016: Bharat Vikas Parishad Tagore Branch organised Free Artificial Limbs Distribution Camp in Viklang Sahayta Kender, Rishi Nagar, on Sunday wherein artificial limbs, calipers, crutches and hearing aids were given to 46 physically challenged persons.
Smt.Sudesh Gulati was the Chief Guest on this occasion. She was very much impressed with the work done by Bharat Vikas Parishad for providing aids & appliances to the physically handicapped persons & assured all help for such a noble cause. Dr. Sangeeta (DMC), Miss Neeru Chugh, Renu Hazi (Kinner) was the Guest of Honour. They also appreciated the works of Bharat Vikas Parishad.
Smt Anita Kumari, Secretary of the Branch said that their All women Branch has organized 17 such camps during last 6 years besides organising other social and welfare projects like marriage of needy girls, “Guru Vandan Chattar Abhinandan”, providing books and fees to needy meritorious students etc. This is the second free artificial limb distribution camp of this year and we hope to organize such camps in future also.

Sunita Chatley and other members of Bharat Vikas parishad were present on the occasion.
