Barkha leaving no stone unturned to bring out her character
Popular and beautiful looking actress Barkha Bisht Sengupta is currently essaying the role of Tarini in Sony Entertainment Television’s magnum opus show, Chandragupta Maurya.
She was last seen in the Vivek Oberoi-starrer, ‘PM Narendra Modi’.
The television show has been a favourite amongst the viewers as it has been receiving rave reviews for its scale and storyline.
According to available information, Barkha who is leaving no stone unturned to bring out her character has been working hard and has been away from home as the sets are based in Umergaon. Shooting in locations away from home means missing friends and family but for Barkha, it was her loving husband, Indraneil Sengupta who did something very sweet for her.
Indraneil had long been planning to surprise his wife by visiting the sets with his daughter Meera and immediately got in touch with the production crew to make the meeting a special one.
A source close to sets reveals, “When Indraneil got in touch and informed us that he was planning to surprise his wife Barkha with , all of us huddled together to ensure it turns out to be a sweet affair.”
Speaking about the special surprise Barkha said, “I was totally awestruck and overwhelmed when I saw him and my little princess Meera in front of me, it totally made my day. The shoots are going on and the schedules are hectic and because of this, I was unable to get even a day off to meet my family. So, my lovely husband Indraneil who never leaves a chance to surprise us, made both my daughter’s and my day by bringing her to the sets of Chandragupta Maurya set. About to start with the day’s schedule, I was all dressed up in my character when I saw them walking towards me. It was a splendid moment.”
