BCM School Basant Avenue hosted Capacity Building Programme in Life Skills

Ludhiana, January 12, 2019: Embracing the dynamism of the present times BCM School,Basant Avenue recently hosted a Capacity Building Programme in Life Skills. The resource persons for the workshop was Ms.Vega Sharma. Attended by 68 teachers from different city schools, it focused on importance of life skills and gave direction of its usage in day to day teaching. The unwavering enthusiasm of the educators to hone their skill-sets and learn through collaboration was evident. Plethora of interactive activities on life skills were organized. The school principal Dr.Vandna Shahi prompted all teachers to think beyond the syllabus in order to teach and make ‘Life Skills’ a regular classroom practice. She also encouraged them to cascade their learning and create rippling effect in the lives of others as well.
