Baseball Inter College PU Tournament Met Its Final Conclusion

Ludhiana, January 22, 2016: Baseball Inter College PU Tournament met its conclusion on Friday  in the host college Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana. Dr.Rakesh Malik, Deputy Director of PU, Chandigarh graced the event with his presence. The final match between KCW, Ludhiana and Ramgarhia, Ludhiana team enthralled the spectators where the team from KCW, Ludhiana added a proud feather to the cap of the college by bagging the gold medal defeating the team from Ramgarhia College. The second match was between GNKW, Ludhiana and GCG, Chandigarh. Ramgarhia College team win 2nd Position and GNKW College team win 3rd position. Guest of Honour Sh. Manik Dawar presided the prize distribution ceremony.  

Dr. (Mrs.) Mukti Gill, Principal on behalf of the college managing committee congratulated and showed her gratitude to the entire Physical Education Department and the students for their extra ordinary efforts. She further emphasized upon, the importance of sports in one’s life and motivated the students to work hard and excel.
