Chandigarh, September 29, 2014: The Punjab Congress President, Partap Singh Bajwa, today mourned the sad demise of Bibi Parkash Kaur in Canada. She was the last surviving sister of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. She was 96.
Bajwa described her as a symbol of the revolutionary spirit that her family represented and was the source of inspiration for the coming generations.
He shared his grief with the bereaved family.
