Baisakhi Celebrations SMD Little Champ Smart School

Panchkula, April 14, 2015: SMD Little Champ Smart School, Sector-2, Panchkula, on Saturday celebrated Baisakhi. Singing and dancing were an intrinsic part of the joyful festival of Baisakhi. To celebrate the Baisakhi festival young boys and girls of SMD Little Champ Smart School came in colourful attire and danced on the traditional dances of Punjab. They also enjoyed colouring sheets related to Baisakhi. The teachers told about the importance of this harvest festival. Little ones were seen enjoying the colourful celebration.

Said Naresh Gupta, Director, SMD Little Champ Smart School, “We wanted to give Parents and their children a platform to enjoy together. We organised attractive competitions based on the rich Punjabi culture for them.”
