Badal mourns sad demise of Vilasrao Deshmukh

Chandigarh, August 14: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today expressed profound grief and sorrow over the passing away of Union Minister of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences Vilasrao Deshmukh, who, died in a  private hospital at Chennai this afternoon.

In a condolence message, Badal said that the death of Deshmukh was a huge loss to the Congress party.

Badal also shared his heartfelt sympathies with the members of the bereaved family and prayed to the Almighty to give strength and courage to bear this loss and grant peace to the departed soul.
