Apart from Chandigarh, this campaign will cover 20 districts of Punjab and 15districts of Haryana and
Speaking on the occasion Rajiv Anand, President, Retail Banking, Axis Bank said, “A large section of rural India, which is close to 40%, still remains unbanked. This is mainly because of limited understanding of financial services and products, hence driving financial literacy is the key task at hand for us. The challenge is to link this financially excluded set to the formal financial system. Creating awareness of basic financial products & services and educating them about the benefits of banking, is the first step towards bridging this gap.”// ludhiana news online, ludhiana news in English, ludhiana news, ludhiana current news, ludhiana news live, Ludhiana breaking news, Ludhiana headlines, Ludhiana latest news, punjab news, india news, punjab news live, punjab news online, punjab news, punjab news headlines, punjab breaking news, india news, punjab news,
