Ludhiana, April 7, 2015: As per the orders of the Traffic Commissioner, an awareness drive was held in the school premises. Various posters with traffic slogans, instructions with do’s and don’ts while on road were put up in the school campus.
A seminar was also organised for the senior students dissuading them from the usage of mobile phones while driving, crossing the red lights, rash and careless driving, etc. They were also persuaded to use helmets while on a two – wheeler and strictly follow the traffic rules. More instructions were passed to the students in the morning assembly.
The School Principal, Dr. Vandna Shahi advised her students to follow the traffic rules strictly so as to safe guard their precious lives. She also told the students that safe driving is the need of the hour so as to put a halt on the increasing mishaps on the road.
