Auditions held for Super Chef Cooking Contest; 80 cooking enthusiasts took part, Finale on Aug 28

Chandigarh, 8 August, 2016: A total of 80 cooking enthusiasts from tricity turned up for the auditions of the Super Chef Cooking Contest 2016, being organised by the “Dietitian Shreya's Family Diet Clinic”. The auditions started at 10 AM at Hotel JW Marriott and continued till late in the evening.
The participants brought their dishes cooked in the healthiest way to the auditions of the Super Chef Cooking Contest. Their confidence and presentation of recipes gave tough time to the judges. The event concluded after awarding participation certificates to àll the contestants. The results will be announced on the Facebook page of Dietitian Shreya's Family Diet Clinic within this week. The finale will be held on 28th August at JW Marriott, where celebrity Chef Ranveer Brar will be judging the dishes.
Dietitian Shreya said, “Being a resident of City Beautiful, I always knew that people here appreciate a healthy lifestyle and always take a step forward in upcoming events. Their sportsman spirit is always recognized during various events in the city. I am really looking forward that my initiative should help people in shifting their lifestyles towards a healthier way.”
Auditions have also taken place in Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Patiala, while the next auditions will be held in Amritsar (14 August) and Ambala (21 August). The winner of the contest will get Rs 1 lakh in cash at the grand finale in the presence of North India’s No.1 Dietitian title holder Dietitian Shreya and celebrity Chef Ranveer Brar.
Founded in 2011, the Dietitian Shreya’s Family Diet Clinic is a diet clinic to help people in maintaining their proper weight and a healthy lifestyle with the help of customised diet plans, that too without any medication. Currently there are six centres of the Clinic based in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Patiala, Jalandhar, Amritsar and Ambala.
