Appeal for donation regarding patient Pawan

Ludhiana, August 21, 2014: Patient Pawan – 20 years old boy bearing hospital unit no, C7527127, S/o Late Pargat, R/o # 4, The Salvation Mac Robert Hospital,  Dhariwal, Gurdaspur (M: 99887-38857), a case of CRVHD with Severe AR with Mod MR, needs to undergo Early Open Heart Surgery – AVR – Aortic valve replacement + MVR (Mitral Valve Replacement or Repair)  a case of CRVHD with Severe MS.  
Patient’s Mother has three more siblings and she is the only bread winner in the family. She is working as warden in girl’s hostel and she is unable to pay for his treatment and surgery.
