Apeejay Education Society Holds Wellness Programme For Teachers And Students At Apeejay School

Jalandhar, August 3, 2016: A teachers and student wellness programme was conducted at Apeejay School Rama Mandi Jalandhar under the guidance and the wellness initiative taken by Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia president of Apeejay education society.
The team comprised of Dr. Richa Khurana, Dr. Kamal a psychologist, Ms tulika Bhandari and Ms Purvi, a psychologist and Dr. Sufiyaan Dentist and Oral Care Specialist.
The student wellness programme focused on providing tips to the students to live life fully without stress and anxiety as everything that happens is related to mind directly. Everyone needs to practice positive thinking and shun from negativity of any kind. Many fun-filled activities were also conducted for the students to make them understand the importance of positive thinking in their lives.
AES teachers wellness programme was also organized for the faculty of the school. The programme comprised of topics that are relevant to teachers in their daily personal and work life. Then programme strengthened the personal and professional skills, ultimately giving each one the growth and aspires for. Fun-filled activities focused on team work and coordination and managing time effectively.Teachers were also given tips to learn to deal with difficult situations.
Principal Mrs. Madhu Sharma thanked the team AES for providing lot of valuable information to teachers and students. She regarded it as the much needed topic of the day. She promised all that such programmes would be a regular feature in the school.
