Amritsar, August 26, 2015: The Annual General Meeting of Executive Board and Guru Nanak Dev University Sports Committee (Men & Women) was held in the University campus. The Principals of all the affiliated colleges were members of this meeting. Dr.H.S.Randhawa, Secretary GNDUSC’’s (M&W) presented the last year performance of university in International, National and Inter-University tournaments.
Dr. R.K. Tuli, Principal, SSM College, Dinanagar was elected as President Guru Nanak Dev University Sports Committee (Men) (GNDUSC Men), Dr. G.S.Samra, Principal, Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar was elected as Vice-President, GNDUSC (Men) for the sports session 2015-2016.
In the Women section, Dr. (Mrs) Sukhbir Kaur Mahal, Principal, Khalsa College for Women, Amritsar was elected as President GNDUSC (Women) and Dr. (Mrs) Kuldeep Kaur, Principal, Lyallpur Khalsa College for Women, Jalandhar was elected as Vice-President GNDUSC (Women) for the sports session 2015-2016. Prof. Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, Registrar, Guru Nanak Dev University assured all co-operation from the university side for development and promotion of sports in the colleges and university. Prof. R.K. Mahajan, Dean College Development Council and Prof. A.S.Sidhu, Dean Student’s Welfare were also present in the meeting. / (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
