Alumni Meet 2019 held at Bajaj College

Ludhiana, November 22, 2019: Bajaj College organised its First Annual Alumni Meet, 2019 for the students of the batches 2015-16 and 2016-17. The event began with the greetings of the anchors Vaibhav Bhanot and Sukhpreet Kaur from BCom 3rd year followed by the Lamp Lighting ceremony. Jaspreet Kaur from BCom 3rd year delivered the Welcome Speech for the newly formed alumnis. Mamta from BSc- Fashion Designing 3rd year gave a musical start to this function by singing a folk song. This was followed by a beat- boxing performance by Aditya Mehta from BCom 2nd year. A group of first year students involved the pass-out students for a session of games like tongue twisters. Also, these students shared their experiences from their college days and how life has been treating them once they are graduates now. Mohit Suman, a student of BCom 2nd year left everybody nostalgic through his singing talent wherein he sang songs related to college life. A bollywood-bhangra performance urged everybody to set their tapping feet on the dance floor. The graduates were presented with souvenirs by the Principal, Dr. Shikha Dhall of the college. The alumni association was framed wherein Samdarsh Arora was declared the President, Gurmeet Kaur the Vice-President and Ashish Katyal the Treasurer of the association. Manisha Purohit gave the Vote of Thanks expressing her gratitude to the college for organisng this meet and greet session. Lastly, after the cake cutting ceremony, refreshment was served and students enjoyed the DJ party.
