Chandigarh, October 6, 2016: Bharti Airtel (“Airtel”), India’s largest telecommunications services provider, in line with its commitment to make Punjab a digitally enabled state today said that it has expanded its Platinum 3G and 4G services for customers across the state. With the largest high speed internet network deployment the widest mobile broadband coverage of Platinum 3G and 4G, this initiative shall help the customers in rural as well as urban areas of Punjab to experience unmatched high speed mobile data, significantly enhanced indoor coverage on Platinum 3G and 4G and better voice clarity on Platinum 3G.

Airtel is offering its unparalleled mobile broadband coverage in urban as well as far reaching rural areas of Punjab services on a strong backhaul of Platinum 3G on efficient 900 MHz spectrum band coupled with 4G on both 1800 MHz and 2300 MHz spectrum band.
