Ludhiana, July 15, 2016: Employees have requested to the CM Punjab to take action the proceedings of merger of the staff with Government Schools.3200 teachers and non-teaching members of the staff of 450 aided schools in Punjab have been struggling hard for the merger of aided staff with the government schools for the past four years. Now employees started chain hunger strike from today at Rupnagar after staging a Dharna followed by Rally. CM should intervene personally and address, said Davinder Rehan, Press secretary, Ludhiana, of the Aided School Teachers Union, Punjab.
