AIBS KAPUR HOCKEY TOURNAMENT: Danapur and Ratwara Sahib in semi-finals

Jalandhar, December 20, 2012: BRC Danapur and G.G.S Vidhya Mandir Ratwara Sahib entered the semi finals of the 9^th All India Balwant Singh Kapur Hockey Tournament here at Olympian Surjit Hockey Stadium today.

In league matches, G.G S Vidhya Mandir Ratwara Sahib beat Sports School Jalandhar by 2-0. Both goals scored by Arvinder Singh in the 40^th and 48^th minute of the play.

In the other match, BRC Danapur and Govt School Jharkar locked horns with 5-5. For Danapur Bishram scored in 3^rd minute, Mangra Bhangra in 18^th, Naveen Minz in 37^th, Subash in 55^th and Anup Minz in 58^th minute of the play. For Jharkar Soni Ram in 9^th, Harpreet in 39^th and 68^th minutes, Ravinder in 41^st and Lovejeet in 65^th minute of the play.

BRC Danapur with one win and one draw reserve their berth in semi-finals of the tournament.

Ratwara Sahib with two wins with 6 points entered in the semi finals.
