Additional buses for UHF’s Junior Office Assistant test at Solan
The written objective test examination for the 20 posts of Junior Office Assistant (Information Technology) of Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry (UHF) Nauni, will be held on Sunday, 16th September, 2018. Over 4500 candidates from all over the state are expected to reach Solan for the test. The university has made arrangements to ensure that the candidates do not face any difficulty in reaching the examination centers. Rajesh Kumar, Registrar of the University informed that a number of public and private buses ply on the route to the University campus. However, to ensure that the candidates reach the exam venues in time, the university had written to the HRTC Regional Manager for plying additional buses on the text day. According to information received from the HRTC Regional Manager, four extra buses will be pressed into service on the route on the exam day. Two buses each will start from Solan's new bus stand at 8:30 and 9:15 am for the university. In addition, two university buses will also be will also be available from the new bus stand at 9 am. The university has advised the applicants to bring a photo identity card along with the examination admit card, which can be downloaded from the university website, and a cardboard for the test. The objective type test will begin at 11 am and the duration of the test will be ninety minutes. The test will be conducted by the university at the following 10 venues In the University main campus at Nauni, the test will be held at the College of Horticulture, College of Forestry, Dr LS Negi Auditorium, Basement of Dr LS Negi Auditorium, Gymnasium Hall and University Library and Directorate of Extension Education. In Solan town, Government Post Graduate College, Government Boys Senior Secondary School, Government Girls Senior Secondary School and Government Industrial Training Institute will be the examination venues.
