ADC RP Singh Sandhu inaugurates new spl skill training center at Ferozepur

Ferozepur, September 2, 2019: ADC RP Singh Sandhu inaugurated the new special Skill Training Center on Monday at Ferozepur.
The center has been started by the Punjab Skill Development Mission.
Addressing the new students of the training center ADC told the trainees that the Punjab Government has initiated a new scheme to rehabilitate the drug abused by imparting Special Skill Training Centers in the state to enable the drug addicts earn their livelihood o that they can quit the drugs and start their new lives. He told that it is a great privilege for the Ferozepur district that the Punjab Government has selected this border district to provide this opportunity and initiate this scheme. PSDM has given this responsibility to Lord Ganesha Institute of Management and Technology opened the First Training Center at Sarv Sakharta Mission Society at Malwal Road opposite the BDO Office Ferozepur, where they would get the training in air conditioned theory rooms and Labs under the guidance of well qualified and technical experienced staff.
Divulging the details of the scheme, Ravinder Pal Singh said that all the trainees will be distributed the free induction kits, course material during the course and free tool kits also will be awarded to the successful trainees along with the cash awards.
Sandhu told that after the training the government will also facilitate the pass out trainees with special loan schemes, so that they can start their new business and earn their livelihood.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner RP Singh Sandhu also distributed the induction kits and Course material to the students.
The training center head Subhash Kakkar, Chairman of the Sarv Sakharta Soiciety honoured the ADC Ravinder Pal Singh Sandhu and Block Mission Manager of PSDM.
