Kapurthala, April 23, 2018: In order to review the damage caused due to the fire in the new vegetable market Kapurthala last night, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Rahul Chaba visited the spot today.
On this occasion, Chaba said that 11 shops have been burnt in this incident. He said that according to the people, the fire took place during midnight, which was controlled at 4 am in the morning.
He told that the authorities of the office of SDM Kapurthala and Powercom have been asked to submit a report by investigating into the incident.
The ADC (G) assured that compensation would be provided after the report was received.
