Jubilant on breaking of Alliance with LIP
Ludhiana, March 17, 2018: To discuss the prevailing situation in AAP, Party leaders from Ludhiana Urban and Ludhiana Rural today held a meeting and expressed full support and solidarity with national convener Arvind Kejriwal. The meeting was addressed by around three dozen leaders including State General Secretary. Ahbaab Grewal, State Spokesperson Darshan Singh Shankar, Ludhiana Urban President Daljit Singh Grewal, Ludhiana Rural President Ranjit Singh Dhamot, Suresh Goyal, Zone Organisation Building incharge Mohan Virk, Rajinderpal Kaur, former Coordinator, Suresh Goyal, Gurjit Singh Gill.
The party leaders said that they also got hurt on the apology, but, felt that Mr Kejriwal has been under tremendous pressure because of the various cases filed against him in various parts of the country affecting his ability to perform his duties as CM and party convener. The leaders claimed that the people of Punjab had supported AAP and Kejriwal by making it the largest opposition with 20 MLAs which should never be forgotten. They added that some leaders enjoying the high posts are instigating the cadres against the Party and leadership and advised them stop raising criticism against the party or its leadership as they are enjoying positions because of the party. All party leaders and members present resolved to unite and stand by our leader.
The party members while taking a serious note of the comments made by the Bains Brothers said that they had displayed a perfect example of opportunistic politics and showed their true colors, the Bains Brothers had taken full advantage of the AAP and the terminology used by them and their actions has shown the people as to who the real traitors are. Participants expressed jubilance on breaking of the alliance by LIP as its own, whereas the party had suffered a big lose on the forming of alliance. All party volunteers unanimously decided and reposed full faith in the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal and resolved to continue the struggle to strengthen party till victory.
Prominent among others who attended the meeting included Puneet Sahni, Bakhsish Singh Heer, Jatinder Singh Sodhi, Ashwani Sharma Buta Singh, Gurdarshan Singh Kuhli, Baldev Singh Sukhwinder Singh, Parminder Singh.
