Ludhiana, November 4, 2019: The third day (November 3) of Inter-College Youth Festival at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) was marked by cultural heritage events such as chikku bunna, naale bunna, enu bunna, mitti de khidonne, pidi bunna and mehandi. In addition, competitions in photography and on the spot painting were also held, wherein students displayed their photography and painting skills on the topics “Light and Shade” and “Village Life,” respectively. Dr Sandeep Bains, Dean, College of Community Science, was the chief guest. In her remarks, she said: “Punjab has a rich cultural heritage. Mr Satvir Singh, Supervisor, Cultural Activities, PAU, informed that the formal inauguration of the youth festival will be held on November 6 in the Open Air Theatre of PAU.
