Ludhiana, November 26, 2012: Activists and leaders of Rajeev Gandhi Youth Federation, Punjab held a small gathering here today, in which they paid tributes to the martyrs of 2008 Mumbai attack.
All those present observed two minutes silence as a mark of respect to the martyrs.
Speaking on the occasion, the federation’s president Varun Mehta said terrorism did not have any religion. He expressed concern over soft stand of the governments on terrorism.
Further, he said the government had paid real tribute to the 26/11 martyrs by hanging Ajmal Kasab five days ago.
Among others, the federation’s chairman Sunil Puri Shammi also spoke.
