Ludhiana, February 5, 2013: CII is orgainising the25th Regional Work Skills Competition fromFebruary 6 - 8 at Advanced Training Institute (ATI), Gill Road, Opposite Arora Cinema, Ludhiana.
According to an available information, the objective is to inspire and motivate industrial workers and promote skills development programmes in the Industry.
Around 100 workers would participate in the competition in various trades such as Electrician, Fitter, Miller (Machinist), Turner, Tool and Die Maker, Welder, Motor and Tractor Mechanic, CNC Turner etc from February 6 – 8.
Mahesh Khanna,General Manager, District Industry Centre, Ludhiana would be the Chief Guest during the Inaugural Session from 1030 – 1130 hrs on February 6at ATI.
The competition is recognised by the Directorate General of Employment and Training (D.G.E.&T.), Ministry of Labour, Government of India.
