20 sustain injuries as roof gets collapsed at a condolence meet

Dharamshala, August 9, 2017: More than 20 people were injured as the roof of the house of one Vinod Kumar collapsed in Sudher, Tehsil Dharamshala , today afternoon.
The majority of the injured are women as they gathered to a condolence meet in his house.
Sharvan Kumar, SDM, Dharamshala confirming the accident said, "All the injured have been brought to district hospital in Dharamshala." He added that there is no fetal injury caused. He said, "An interim relief of Rs. 90,000 distributed to the injured which includes Rs.10,000 paid to the house owner too.”
Kishan Kumar of the area said that the roof of the house was damaged due to the continues rain in the area, leading a sudden collapse today.
