2 Killed, 3 injured in road accident near Dharamshala

Dharamshala, November 23, 2019: Two persons were killed and three others were injured in a tragic road accident, which occurred in the Patiyar of Kangra district 20-kms from here today.
Two youths died in this incident, while three are said to be seriously injured. The five youths were returning from a wedding ceremony held in a Dadh (Chamuda Devi Temple). Police told that the car was in high speed and collided with a road side construction near Patiyar when they were going towards Malan.
According to SP Kangra Vimukt Ranjan, the collision was so severe that the engine of the car was thrashed inside and the car was badly damaged. Car driver Vipin Kumar resident Majhetli (Pathiar) died on the spot in this accident. While another youth Aneesh Kumar, a resident of Hatwas, died during treatment at Tanda Medical College. All those injured in the accident were taken to Tanda Medical College, one of which has been referred to PGI Chandigarh in critical condition, while two others are undergoing treatment in Tanda. The police, have registered a case and started investigation.
