Ferozepur, October 5, 2012: The Guruharsahai police claim to have recovered 2 Kg opium on interception of motorcycle borne two persons by Pawan Kumar, SHO, coming from Panje Ke Uttar side.
On seeing the police party, they tried to turn back but with the quick nabbing by the team at the nakabandi, they disclosed their name as Gurnam Singh of Isa Pan Graen and Bakshish Singh of Rana Panj Graen.
They have concealed something the black bag and covered with hands and on search in the presence of Baljit Singh, SP 2 Kg opium was recovered.
A case under NDPS Act at Guruharsahai police station has been registered and during the investigation more clues are expected about their activities.
