Bangalore, November 21, 2016: The First Edition of the Bengaluru Passion League (BPL) organised by Bangalore based Passion Connect, world's first Passion Network platform that continuously works towards bringing people closer to their passion and help them live their passion, received resounding success. The event was hosted by television host, film actor and presenter Rannvijay Singh.

The Bangalore Passion League, an online and offline Talent Hunt Competition for students from across Bangalore witnessed over 25 performances from various fields, including Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Magic show, Singing, Hip-hop and Urban dance forms, and even a Drumming session using various utensils and a briefcase.

The hugely successful event ended with announcement of 3 winners from across categories. All the 3 Grand Jackpot Prizes came from singing category – Ajmal Babu, Kiran Jha & Siddharth Shandilya won the first, second & third prize of INR 1,00,000, INR 50,000 & INR 30,000 respectively.

The panel of judges for the Passion League included Mr. Hema Sheshadri, CEO JGI Ventures and Anjana Vivek, Executive Committee Member, JGI Ventures & Rannvijay Singh

While addressing the media Karthik Kittu, CEO & Co-Founder, Passion Connect said, “The world is filled with people who are passionate about various things but only 13% of them let their passion lead them. The remaining 87% get stuck in their monotonous jobs that they have no interest in. Passion Connect is constantly working towards changing these numbers through different events, workshops & Bangalore Passion League is one such initiative.”
