13 students selected by British Telecommunications during Pool Campus Placement drive at CT Group of Institutions

Jalandhar, March 25, 2016: CT Group of Institutions organized pool Campus Placement Drive of British Telecommunications (BT) at its Shahpur Campus for MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc 2016 passing out batch students in which nearly 147 students appeared. The company selected the candidates on the basis of various rounds comprising of Extempore, Written Test and and Personal Interview (HR Round). 20 students were shortlisted for the final interview round out of them company officials’ selected 13 students on the annual packages of Rs. 2.16 lakhs plus incentives. The participating students were from CT Group of Institutions, Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Sant Baba Bhag Singh College and others.
Mr. Phillips (Senior Operation Manager, BT) and Ms. Simran Kaur (Assistant HR Manager, BT) and conducted the placement drive. The company officials informed the students about their company as BT Group plc, trading as BT, is a holding company which owns BritishTelecommunications plc, a British multinational telecommunications services company with head offices in London, United Kingdom. One of the shortlisted students said, “We are very happy to witness number of placement drives at our campus. We appreciate the effort of our institutions for conducting such drives as it serves an opportunity for us to perform and showcase our skills before the company officials for getting job.”
