1131th Free Artificial Limbs Distribution Camp

Ludhiana, February 12, 2017: FREE artificial limbs distribution camp was organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad Tagore Branch & Bharat Vikas Parishad Charitable Trust Punjab today at Viklang Shayata Kendre, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana in which Artificial limbs, Calipers, Try Cycle & Hearing aids were given to 31 physically handicapped persons. Sh.R.L Gupta, Dr.Rajiv Gupta & Sh.Rajesh Mahajan was the Chief Guest on this occasion. He was very much impressed with the work done by Bharat Vikas Parishad for providing aids & appliances to the physically handicapped persons & assured all help for such a noble cause.

Sh. Narinder Mittal, Secretary Trust told that since 1996 Trust has organized 1130 camps in which artificial limbs, Calipers, Crutches, Tricycle & Hearing aids have been provided to more than 48186 physically handicapped persons. The Trust has also organized Polio Surgery Camps, in which 2371 polio operations have been done successfully.

Sh. R.P Gupta, Sh. R.K Walia, Smt. Neelam Gupta, Smt. Anita Kumari, Smt. Minakshi Sood, Smt. Aruna Puri, Sh. Anand Tiwari, Smt. Tripta Mehta, S. Upkar Singh Bhalla, and Other Members of Bharat Vikas Parishad were present on this occasion.
