1119th Free Artificial Limbs Distribution Camp

Ludhiana, December 11, 2016: Free artificial limbs distribution camp was organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad Charitable Trust Punjab today at Viklang Shayata Kendre, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana in which Artificial limbs, Calipers, Try Cycle & Hearing aids were given to 16 physically handicapped persons. Sh. Ramesh Jagota M.D Youngman Woollen Mills (P) Ltd. was the Chief Guest on this occasion. He was very much impressed with the work done by Bharat Vikas Parishad for providing aids & appliances to the physically handicapped persons & assured all help for such a noble cause.

Sh. Narinder Mittal, Secretary Trust told that since 1996 Trust has organized 1118 camps in which artificial limbs, Calipers, Crutches, Tricycle & Hearing aids have been provided to more than 47756 physically handicapped persons. The Trust has also organized Polio Surgery Camps, in which 2358 polio operations have been done successfully.

Dr. Kuldeep, Sh. R.P Gupta, Sh. R.K Walia, Smt. Aruna Puri, Sh. Anand Tiwari, Smt. Tripta Mehta, S. Upkar Singh Bhalla, and Other Members of Bharat Vikas Parishad were present on this occasion.
